A Message From Madeline Ross: Summer is Winding Down

Welcome to the SuperSlow Zone®. It’s August, which means summer is winding down and Back to School time is just around the corner. Hi everyone! I had to tell you all about the new me! I am soooo excited about the way I look and feel that I felt the need to spread the good news about Transitions Lifestyles™ and SuperSlow Zone®.

I have tried many, many exercise programs and diets over the years, but I have never felt so healthy and looked so good due to my last 6 weeks in this program.

As you may know, I gained some weight after I quit smoking a year and 1/2 ago. I went from 140 to 165, gradually, even though I ran 5ks with Rhonda and was working out at home at least 4 days per week.
