I’ve exercised since I was a teenager, but I’ve never really liked it and the only motivator has been the social aspects of going to a gym. As life has gotten busier and exercise has become more of a solitary acitvity, I’ve lost my motivation. No workout routine has managed to hold my attention. SuperSlow is different. The workouts are so short that I can hardly say I’m too busy. The fact that I can workout in my street clothes makes it even harder to resist and the results are so overwhelming that when I do miss a workout my body is screaming at me to get to the gym!
