It was my sister’s high praise and success with SuperSlow that convinced me to look into the program for help with chronic back pain. I was pretty hesitant since I’ve never been to a gym at the age of 53. But just one month into the program, my back pain was completely gone! That was a big deal for me. My closest friends and family are aghast that I’m able to do this because I’m a lifetime non-exerciser! Now I am training to do a 60-mile breast cancer walk with my sister this summer, which I NEVER would have considered before. The icing on the cake for me is the convenience. It suits my busy life and I never sweat so I don’t have to change my clothes or take a shower. I’ve been doing SuperSlow for seven months, and now I can easily pick things up I used to struggle with on a daily basis at work and in my daily life. I also sleep a lot better and have more energy, not to mention the comments I’m getting about my physical appearance and new muscle definition. I can get used to that!
