<p class="style1 style4" style="background:white;" bgcolor="white">Hi everyone!&nbsp; I had to tell you all about the new me!&nbsp;&nbsp; I am soooo excited about the way I look and feel that I felt the need to spread the <strong>good news about Transitions Lifestyles&trade; and SuperSlow Zone&reg;</strong>.&nbsp;I have tried many, many exercise programs and diets over the years, but I have never felt so healthy and looked so good due to my last 6 weeks in this program.&nbsp;As you may know, I gained some weight after I quit smoking a year and 1/2 ago.&nbsp; I went from 140 to 165, gradually, even though I ran 5 ks with Rhonda and was working out at home at least 4 days per week.&nbsp; <em>My eating habits were not that bad - I had switched additions from nicotine to sweets, but I didn't eat a whole bag of cookies at one sitting!&nbsp; Nevertheless, the scale kept creeping up, and my clothes no longer were fitting.
