August 2008 [Deb is 45 years old, a CPA and a Winter Park, FL, SuperSlow Zone® Client. The following is an unsolicited letter about her Message From Your Friend Deb: Hi everyone! I had to tell you all about the new me! I am soooo excited about the way I look and feel that I felt the need to spread the good news about Transitions Lifestyles™ and SuperSlow Zone®. I have tried many, many exercise programs and diets over the years, but I have never felt so healthy and looked so good due to my last 6 weeks in this program. As you may know, I gained some weight after I quit smoking a year and 1/2 ago. I went from 140 to 165, gradually, even though I ran 5 ks with Rhonda and was working out at home at least 4 days per week. My eating habits were not that bad - I had switched additions from nicotine to sweets, but I didn't eat a whole bag of cookies at one sitting! Nevertheless, the scale kept creeping up, and my clothes no longer were fitting. Yikes! I was devastated! I didn't want to start smoking again to lose the weight and my metabolism had slowed down after I went through menopause early - I was getting really scared. Then, I started a new client audit – SuperSlow Zone®. We audited the SSZ Corporate office in Winter Park, which happened to be located next to the local franchise.
